Any exchange or return shall not be entertained in case of goods delivered outside India.

All products are easily returnable under "Clothing" category except following

- Lingerie

- seasonal products (example Navaratri lehenga, tri colour saree used to get wear in republic day, etc)

All products are non returnable under these categories : Kitchen, Artificial Jewellery, Cleaning Supplies, Computer Accessories, Educational, Garden, Hardware, Home Decor, Automotive, Beauty and Health, Mobile, Laptop, Electronics, Media, Games, Apps, Movies

All products are non returnable under these categories as its wholesale product (B2B Business) : Colour Matching, Wholesale Catalog, Wholesale Non Catalogs

Customer have to bear following charges if they want to return products which are under returnable category “Clothing” as discussed above. This includes forward shipping (cash on delivery), inventory handling, storage charges.

Below mentioned charge will be applicable based on category & OUR PRICE.

How to return product?

Inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery if seeking any return or exchange with the reason for exchange or return.

On approval for the exchange or return customer will be asked to send the goods (in their original form) back to Fiflaany company’s location. Return charges and additional payment to make goods available at Fiflaany company’s location will be borne by the customer himself.

After receiving the goods back Customer will get an update approving the exchange or refund.

Refunds, if any, shall be processed through the online mode within 10-15 working days by the same mode they have made the payment.

General points which will overrule above:

- Products on sale are not returnable

- Any defective product are returnable, irrespective of category, at the cost of company. Need to give 360 degree opening video of package as a proof of defect. If you don’t provide opening video then we’re extremely sorry but can’t accept return. Also note, minor problems of thread, misprint, smudges, will not be considered as damage/defect.

- Any other product/category not mentioned above are not returnable unless otherwise specified as updated from time to time.
